SFMSports.Net is seeking qualified media sales representatives to assist in marketing our broadcast products and sponsorships.

You set your own hours and work from home, so this is perfect for account executives that are already working full time, but are wanting to make some more money. SFMSports.Net is Maryland's ONLY full time network dedicated to covering high school and college sports. We produce and broadcast over 300 games annually on our network of 6 radio affiliates and 5 streaming channels. Compensation: This is a commission based position, for the first 30 days. You'll earn 30% commission, PLUS we offer a cell phone allowance and travel reimbursement. You will be required to sign a confidentiality statement and code of conduct statement with Sound Foundations Media, LLC (the parent company of SFMSports.Net). To Apply: Please, send your cover letter and resume to [email protected] On-Site Producers SFMSports.Net is looking for on-site producers to set-up and maintain broadcast equipment at games and events. The producer is the backbone of each broadcast. Duties include the production of live games; post production of pre-recorded events, podcasts and archived audio. Producers are also responsible for maintaining all podcast pages and directories.

Qualifications: You MUST have prior audio editing experience, with Cool Edit, Adobe Audition and Pro Tools. You must also have prior broadcast remote set-up and maintenance experience. Active knowledge of telephone, ISDN, POTS CODEC, Wi-Fi, and other audio transmission platforms are also required. Understanding of website coding, ftp client management and audio archival methods are recommended. The ability to lift and carry more than 50lbs is required. Also, the producer must posess a clean driving record, an active Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or Goverment Issued drivers license.
Compensation: This is a contractor-based position. The payscale ranges from $45-$70 per event. You will be paid per-event. Mileage is also paid out at the rate of $.51 per mile in most cases.You will be required to sign a confidentiality statement, code of conduct contract and equipment contract with Sound Foundations Media, LLC (the parent company of SFMSports.Net)

High School Sports Play by Play Talent/Announcer
The Play by Play Talent/Announcer is the voice behind SFMSports.Net. We are currently seeking contract-based play by play talent and broadcast professionals for high school and college sports.
Region/Area: Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; Salisbury-Ocean City, MD; Annapolis, MD
Qualifications: Play by Play/Announcer must have prior broadcast, public address and public speaking experience. Extensive knowledge of high school and college sports, as well as football, soccer, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, softball and baseball is required. In addition, applicant must be a valid Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia resident, must have an active and valid photo ID and not have a criminal record. Reliable transportation is required. In addition, working knowledge of sports broadcast equipment is recommended, but not required.
Compensation: This is a contractor-based position. The payscale ranges from $45-$50 per event. You will be paid per-event. College game broadcasts usually pay more. You will be required to sign a confidentiality statement, code of conduct contract and equipment contract with Sound Foundations Media, LLC (the parent company of SFMSports.Net). You must also pass a background check. This is required since you will be working high school events and games.
