Bayside Power Poll: After Week 2

September 10, 2018

2018 BAYSIDE CONFERENCE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL POWER POLL AFTER WEEK 2

*I think you could make an argument that North Caroline and Kent Island could be tied at #1 but North Caroline has played a tougher schedule so far and that will continue to be the case after Week 3. It will even out for KI. Caroline has had to play in two downpours so far which has not made things easy either. JM Bennett is very good offensively however their defense is a weak spot and the same can be said of Easton, but the Warriors have a better QB and Easton had a little more of competitive game for 4Qtrs compared to Bennett. That said Bennett had a pretty good showing on the road at Kent Island. I am not going to penalize Cambridge for playing a tough non-conference opponent in Woodbridge and they did defeat Queen Anne’s. Next week I guarantee there will be some movement, and some may not like it, but I need to let one more week play out.
